STRUCTURE
Manufacturing different kind of bags with regards to their shapes or structure is important in order to meet our buyer's requirements. Hence, these are some basic structures of FIBCs: U panel, Four panel, Circular, Conical and Baffle. These can have a lot of variations in terms of functions and can be customised as per our buyers requirements.
U-PANEL BAGS
This is the most popular structure of FIBCs. The two piece U-shape is created by two seams sewn along two opposite sides. The U shape provides a large lifting capacity to the bag.
FOUR-PANEL BAGS

This is the basic jumbo bag design. This 4 sides+base+top structure is created by sewing four separate pieces of fabric together that makes the body of the bag along with top and bottom panels stitched too. This structure are better for stacking.
CIRCULAR WOVEN BAGS
A Circular or Tubular bag is woven into a cylinder or tube and cut to the correct size. The most common construction type is a circular fabric on the body with a sewn square base. They are ideal for hydroscopic materials. The tubular body design is recognized for its ease of lifting and manipulating with a forklift.
CONICAL BAGS
The Conical Bag is designed specially to assist in the complete discharge of contents, which are slightly sticky, like brown sugar and premix our products. The conical shape at the bottom of the bag ensures that the bulk bag can be discharged quickly and easily.

FORM-STABLE or BAFFLE BAGS
This special baffle construction offers maximum stability to the bag. The four rigid cross corner loops of the baffle bag allow the forklift operator to pick up it up without usage of extra man power. The Baffle Bag is ideal for light-density products and can be more economical. Another advantage is the increased product stacking ability and with all sewn edges turned to the outside, it reduces potential of contamination.
